Website use and working with Reptillix.Terms.

These terms apply to the use of the site reptillix.com and to contacting us through it. The site is operated by Yuval Baki, trading as Reptillix. A project, a consultation or an ongoing service is governed by an agreement signed before work starts, and that agreement defines the scope, the deliverables and the timeline.

Reptillix is a digital studio and technology partner. Our six areas:

• Brand, voice and content
• Websites and digital products
• Marketing, campaigns and measurement
• Systems, automation and integrations
• Business technology, cloud and security

The texts, films, illustrations and code on this site are ours, unless stated otherwise. Client work is shown as a record of work done, and the clients’ marks and materials remain theirs.

You may read, share a link and quote with attribution. Do not copy, reproduce or use the materials for a commercial purpose without written permission.

Client-specific deliverables defined in the project agreement transfer to the client under that agreement, after the payment it specifies.

We structure client accounts, data, access and project-specific deliverables so the client can retain control and the work can be handed over, subject to the project agreement.

Our pre-existing tools, reusable libraries, general methods and components — including any used on the project — are governed by the agreement and do not transfer automatically.

SaaS, licensed, rented and white-label products carry separate commercial terms.

On termination we cooperate with an orderly handover: documentation, access and transfer of ownership as set out in the agreement.

We reserve the right to show completed work in our portfolio, unless agreed otherwise in writing. A client who asks to remain anonymous remains anonymous.

Payment terms, milestones and what happens on late payment are set in each project’s agreement. There are no prices on this site, and nothing written here is a quote.

Information given to us in the course of the work, whether business, technical or personal, is kept confidential, and we expect the same for what we share. This commitment continues after the work ends.

We work carefully, but no website, system or software is perfect. Our liability toward a client is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage.

Use of this site itself is at the user’s own responsibility. We do not promise that the site will be available at every moment or free of errors.

Either side may end joint work by written notice, as set out in the agreement. On termination, the client pays for the work done up to that date.
