What this site collects — and why.Privacy.

Reptillix is a digital studio, owned and operated by Yuval Baki. The site reptillix.com is ours, and we are responsible for the information collected on it. For any question about this policy or about your information: support@reptillix.com.

Almost nothing. When you read the site without contacting us, no cookie is written, no identifier is stored and nothing is sent to a third party, until you allow measurement (section 04). Our own software writes no log. What does exist: the hosting platform the site runs on (AWS) keeps a standard technical request log — an IP address and the page that was served — as any hosting service does. It is used for operations and security only; we do not build a profile from it and we do not join it to anything else.

On the Let's Talk page you give a name, an email address, a service or area and a message, and a company name or phone number if you want to. If you add a phone number, we also ask for a country so we can validate it. What happens with it:

• The form is sent to our server, which turns it into two emails through Google Workspace: a confirmation to you (from the address noreply@reptillix.com), and a notification to us with the details you wrote.
• The emails are kept in our mailbox at Google Workspace and are used only to get back to you. No mailing list, no newsletter, no passing on to anyone else.
• To block floods, the server counts inquiries per network address over ten minutes, in memory only. It is not written anywhere and not kept over time.
• Anyone who writes directly to support@reptillix.com reaches our mail group at Google Workspace, and gets one automatic confirmation in the same thread.

We want to know which pages are read and where visitors come from, and for that the site can turn on Google Analytics 4. It does not do so on its own:

• Before you allow it, no Google code is loaded and no cookie is written. The consent default (Consent Mode v2) is "no".
• If you clicked "Allow analytics", Google’s script is loaded; it writes cookies (_ga and its kin) and sends Google the pages you visited, the browser and device type, and an approximate location. Google processes the information under its own policy.
• If you clicked "Not now", nothing is loaded, on this visit or the next, until you change it here.

Your choice is stored in your browser only (localStorage, under the key rx-consent) and is not sent to anyone. You can change it at any moment:

Two things, both on your side and not ours: the measurement choice (above), and the scroll position on the home page for the length of the visit, so that coming back from a work page returns you to the same place.

The fonts, films and images are served from our server. Apart from Google Analytics, and only after consent, the site contacts no third party.

The site runs on Amazon Web Services cloud services in Europe (Frankfurt) and is served through its content delivery network; traffic to it is encrypted (HTTPS). Mail goes through Google Workspace.

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, you may review the information we hold about you, and ask to correct or delete it. Write to support@reptillix.com and we will handle it. If you allowed measurement and also want to delete the Google Analytics cookies, that is done in your browser settings.

When something on the site changes, we update this page and the date above. No pop-up notices and no hidden consents.
